Best Goulash Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation:
In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, soy sauce, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Bring to a boil, then add macaroni. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, if using, until melted.
