2 ripe avocados, diced (about 300g)
1 red bell pepper, finely diced (about 180g)
1/2 medium red onion, finely diced (about 70g)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (about 150g)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (about 20g)

For the Lime Dressing:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 60ml, from 2-3 limes)
2 tablespoons olive oil (about 30ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt (about 2.5g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (about 0.5g)

Directions:
1. Prepare ingredients: Dice the mangoes, avocados, red bell pepper, and red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the fresh cilantro.
2. Combine salad: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the diced mangoes, diced avocados, diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, cherry tomatoes, and chopped fresh cilantro.
3. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
4. Dress and serve: Pour the lime dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss to coat all the ingredients, being careful not to mash the avocado.
