📝 Ingredients:
12 oz penne pasta
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Roast the Broccoli:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss broccoli florets with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15–20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
