Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad
This one has me obsessed β low-carb, protein-packed, and so refreshing. Iβve made it on repeat and it never gets old!
Ingredients:
1 can tuna (drained)
2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt (instead of mayo!)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
ΒΌ cup diced cucumber
2 tbsp diced red onion
1 tbsp chopped dill pickle
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
Mix everything together in a bowl until creamy and well combined. Chill for 10 minutes to let the flavors develop.
Serve it in lettuce cups, with cucumber slices, or just grab a fork and dig in. Protein goals = crushed!
