2 ripe avocados 🥑 (cubed)
3 hard-boiled eggs 🥚 (sliced or chopped)
1 small red onion (thinly sliced) 🧅
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Salt 🧂 and black pepper to taste
A pinch of chili flakes 🌶️ (optional)
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish 🌿
