Air Fryer Apple Custard Bake
Ingredients:
2 apples (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
In a bowl, toss the apple slices with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, flour, and salt until smooth.
Line a heat-safe baking dish with parchment paper and arrange half of the apple slices on the bottom.
Pour the custard mixture over the apples, then layer the remaining apple slices on top.
Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Serving Tip:
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey for extra sweetness.
