Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
1/4 cup honey1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare the Ribs:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).Season the ribs with salt and pepper on both sides. Wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Alternatively, boil the ribs for 1 hour until soft.
Make the Sauce:
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
