For the Garlic Herb Chicken
1 lb chicken thighs or chicken breast pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Optional: crushed red pepper
For the Cheesy Creamy Penne
2 cups cooked penne pasta
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
1 cup shredded cheddar or your favorite cheese blend
ΒΌ cup parmesan
Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Optional: pinch of smoked paprika

- Cook the Chicken
Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add chicken and sear 4β5 minutes per side until golden.
Add butter to the pan; spoon melted herb butter over the chicken as it finishes cooking.
Remove and set aside.
- Make the Cheesy Pasta
In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic.
Pour in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper. Simmer lightly.
Add cheddar and parmesan; stir until creamy and smooth.
Toss in cooked penne pasta until fully coated.
- Serve
Plate the cheesy pasta next to the juicy herb-butter chicken.
