1 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
2 eggs (for dipping)
2–3 tbsp oil or butter
For the creamy garlic sauce:
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Optional: chopped parsley

- Slice chicken breasts in half to create thin cutlets. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry the chicken 4–5 minutes per side until crispy, golden, and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top. Garnish with parsley.
