  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and fresh herbs (like parsley) for garnish
  • For the Green Beans:
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped almonds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, dried herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture and place them in a baking dish.

  • In another bowl, combine the halved potatoes, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
