✅Golden Milk Turmeric Paste

Servings: Makes about 1 cup of paste (Use 1 teaspoon daily in warm milk)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of high-quality turmeric powder
- 1 cup of water
- 1.5 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup of cold-pressed coconut oil or olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix turmeric powder and water in a small saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly, until a thick paste forms.
- Turn off the heat and immediately add the black pepper and oil.
- Stir vigorously until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Let it cool completely, then store in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator.
