Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour πΎ

1 tsp sugar π¬
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped πΏ
4 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 tsp active dry yeast π±
1 1/2 cups warm water π§
2 tbsp olive oil π«
Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, rosemary, garlic, and yeast. πΎπ§πΏπ§π±
Add Water & Oil: Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms. π§π«
Rest & Rise: Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise for about 12 hours at room temperature (overnight works great!). π
Preheat Oven: The next day, preheat your oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C). Place a Dutch oven or baking pot with a lid inside to preheat too. π₯
Shape the Dough: Once the dough has risen, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Shape it into a rough ball. π
Bake: Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven, place the dough inside, and cover with the lid. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. β²οΈπ
