Grilled chicken salad I love this quick & easy recipe and it’s a treat for beginners
Grilled Chicken Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
2 grilled chicken breasts, chopped into chunks
2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)
Thinly sliced cabbage or coleslaw mix (optional)
Paprika or chili powder (sprinkled on eggs for a little kick)
Optional: crispy pita strips or tortilla chips for crunch
Instructions:
Prepare the Salad Base:
In a bowl or container, layer the mixed salad greens and optional cabbage or slaw mix.
Add Toppings:
Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes around the salad. Place the hard-boiled eggs on the edges.
Add the Chicken:
Top generously with the chopped grilled chicken pieces.
Season:
Sprinkle paprika or chili powder on the hard-boiled eggs for flavor and color.
Optional Dressing:
Serve with your favorite dressing on the side (vinaigrette, ranch, or a simple lemon-olive oil mix).
Add Crunch (Optional):
For some crunch, add crispy pita strips or tortilla chips just before serving
