Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs
Ingredients:
2 racks of baby back ribs
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Prepare Ribs: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Make Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, ginger, and chili flakes (if using).
Bake Ribs: Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush both sides of the ribs with the honey garlic sauce. Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
Grill for Crispiness: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the ribs with more sauce and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, basting with additional sauce until the ribs are caramelized and sticky.
