Steak & Roasted Potatoes – Ingredients
For the Steak
- 1–2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
For the Roasted Potatoes
- 3–4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional) Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
- Season the Steak
- Pat steaks dry.
- Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook the Steak
Pan-sear method:
- Heat a pan on high until hot.
- Add steak and cook 3–4 min per side for medium-rare.
- Add butter, crushed garlic, and herbs; spoon the melted butter over the steak for 1 minute.
- Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing.

Plate the juicy steak with crispy roasted potatoes, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
