    Ingredients:
    • Beef (sliced thin)
    • Broccoli
    • Soy Sauce
    • Oyster Sauce
    • Garlic
    • Ginger
    • Cornstarch
    • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry garlic and ginger, then add broccoli.
  4. Add beef back with oyster sauce.
