1) Traditional Pie Crust

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.

- Add ice water 1 tbsp at a time until dough forms.
- Shape into a disk, wrap, and chill 30 minutes.
- Roll out on floured surface and place in pie pan.

2) Butter Pie Crust
Ingredients
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cold butter (cubed)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4–6 tbsp ice water
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt.
- Cut in butter until pea-sized crumbs form.
- Add ice water gradually.
- Form dough, chill 30–60 minutes.
- Roll and fit into pie pan.

3) Shortbread Crust

Instructions

• 1/4 cup melted butter

- Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
