1 large fresh tomato
1β2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or butter)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)

Wash the tomato and cut it into thick slices.
Spread mayonnaise (or butter) on both bread slices.
Place the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
Add salt and black pepper on top.
