Ingredients
π Sushi Rice:
2 cups sushi rice
2 Β½ cups water
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
π Filling:
Fresh salmon (sushi grade)
Avocado slices
Cucumber sticks
Nori sheets
Soy sauce
Pickled ginger
Wasabi
π¨βπ³ Instructions
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Rice
Wash rice well.
Cook with water.
Mix vinegar + sugar + salt.
Add to warm rice and mix gently.
Let cool.
2οΈβ£ Make Rolls
Place nori on bamboo mat.
Spread thin layer of rice.
Add salmon + avocado + cucumber.
Roll tightly and slice with sharp knife.
3οΈβ£ Plate Like a Restaurant
Arrange nicely on a dark plate.
Add soy sauce bowl.
Decorate with ginger & wasabi.
