🥩🍖 Sticky BBQ Ribs Platter with Fries & Coleslaw🤤

🛒 Ingredients:

🔥 For the Ribs:
1 kg beef or pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

🍟 For the Fries:
3 large potatoes
Salt
Paprika
Oil for frying

🥗 For the Coleslaw:
1 cup shredded cabbage (white & purple)
1 grated carrot
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt & pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Ribs
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Rub the ribs well with olive oil and spices.
Wrap in foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5–2 hours until tender.
2️⃣ Make the BBQ Glaze
Mix BBQ sauce + honey + mustard.
Brush generously over the ribs.
Bake uncovered 10–15 minutes until sticky and caramelized 🔥
3️⃣ Fries
Cut potatoes into sticks.
Fry until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle salt and paprika.
4️⃣ Coleslaw
Mix cabbage + carrot.
Add mayo + vinegar + salt & pepper.
Mix well and chill 20 minutes.
