๐Ÿ”ฅ For the Ribs:
1 kg beef or pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

๐ŸŸ For the Fries:
3 large potatoes
Salt
Paprika
Oil for frying

๐Ÿฅ— For the Coleslaw:
1 cup shredded cabbage (white & purple)
1 grated carrot
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt & pepper

1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Ribs
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Rub the ribs well with olive oil and spices.
Wrap in foil and bake at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 1.5โ€“2 hours until tender.
2๏ธโƒฃ Make the BBQ Glaze
Mix BBQ sauce + honey + mustard.
Brush generously over the ribs.
Bake uncovered 10โ€“15 minutes until sticky and caramelized ๐Ÿ”ฅ
3๏ธโƒฃ Fries
Cut potatoes into sticks.
Fry until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle salt and paprika.
4๏ธโƒฃ Coleslaw
Mix cabbage + carrot.
Add mayo + vinegar + salt & pepper.
Mix well and chill 20 minutes.
