200g dark chocolate (chopped)
Β½ cup heavy cream (120ml)
1 tablespoon butter
Β½ cup crushed biscuits or cake crumbs
Β½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Melted chocolate (for coating)
Color sprinkles (for decoration)

Heat the cream until warm (do not boil).
Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit 2 minutes.
Stir until smooth, then add butter.
Mix in crushed biscuits or cake crumbs.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
Shape into small balls.
Dip each ball in melted chocolate.
Decorate with sprinkles before chocolate sets.
Let them harden in the fridge 20β30 minutes.
