For the potatoes:

3โ€“4 large potatoes

Salt (for boiling)

For topping:

1 fresh tomato (diced)

Fresh parsley

Peel and cut potatoes into large chunks.
Boil in salted water for 15โ€“20 minutes until tender.
Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds.
Add chicken livers and cook for 5โ€“7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
Cook until browned outside and tender inside (do not overcook).
Finish with lemon juice.

Place boiled potatoes on the plate.
Top with fresh diced tomatoes and parsley.
Serve chicken livers on the side.
