🛒 Ingredients:
4 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp butter
4 breakfast sausage patties
4 slices bacon
1 cup diced potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 biscuit (or soft breakfast roll)

1. Cook the potatoes:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the sausage:
In another pan, cook sausage patties over medium heat until fully browned and cooked through.
3. Cook the bacon:
Fry bacon slices until crispy. Set aside.
4. Make scrambled eggs:
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a pan over low heat.
Add eggs and gently stir until soft and fluffy.
5. Warm the biscuit:
Toast lightly until golden.
6. Assemble the box:
Place scrambled eggs, sausage patties, crispy bacon, seasoned potatoes, and biscuit in a serving box or plate.
