1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp butter (for extra flavor)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
5. Cook chicken for 5โ7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 75ยฐC / 165ยฐF).
6. Add butter at the end and spoon it over the chicken for extra juiciness.
7. Drizzle lemon juice, rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
