Beef Noodles with Soy Sauce


Ingredients:
8 oz egg noodles
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Stir-Fry the Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine Everything: Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles, remaining soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy this savory and satisfying beef noodle dish!
