Add the sliced beef to the crockpot
Add the sliced green and red bell peppers
Add the sliced onion
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over everything
Gently stir until all ingredients are coated
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
Stir once halfway through cooking if possible
About 30 minutes before serving, stir to thicken and blend flavors
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
Serve hot over rice or noodles and enjoy!!
