Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 500 g boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk olive oil, mustard, honey and lemon juice.
- Add garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
- Coat chicken evenly with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour (best 3–4 hours).
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes or grill until fully cooked.

BARBECUE CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 500 g boneless chicken
Instructions:
- Mix barbecue sauce, honey, lemon juice and spices.
- Add chicken and coat evenly.
- Marinate for 1–2 hours.
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes or grill, brushing extra sauce while cooking.

CREAMY GARLIC HERB CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 500 g boneless chicken
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, yogurt and lemon juice.
- Add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken evenly with marinade.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 6 hours).
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes or cook in a pan until golden and fully cooked.
