🥦 Air Fryer Cauliflower Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower
2–3 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove outer leaves and trim the stem, keeping the core intact.
Slice cauliflower into 1–1.5 inch “steaks” (you should get about 3–4 from one head).
Season
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush both sides of each steak with the seasoned oil mixture.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place steaks in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fork-tender.
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon if you like a fresh, tangy finish.
