Cheesy Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional toppings: extra mozzarella, parsley, red pepper flakes, or a side of marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
🔹 Step 1: Preheat
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
🔹 Step 2: Mix the Dough
- In a medium bowl, combine:
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan
- Egg
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Stir well until everything is fully combined and forms a sticky, cheesy dough.
🔹 Step 3: Shape & Bake
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet — form a rectangle or circle about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
🔹 Step 4: Add More Cheese (Optional but AMAZING)
- Sprinkle a little extra mozzarella on top and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until melted and gooey.
🔹 Step 5: Slice & Serve
- Let cool for a minute or two, then slice into sticks or squares.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping.
