Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed & finely chopped)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour (for binding, optional)
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli until soft, then finely chop.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add broccoli, grated cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Ezoic
