Festive Holiday Charcuterie Tree Centerpiece

Festive Holiday Charcuterie Tree Centerpiece

Ingredients:

8 oz salami, sliced and folded

6 oz prosciutto, loosely rolled

6 oz cheddar, cubed

6 oz gouda, sliced

8 oz brie, cut into small wedges

1 cup green grapes

1 cup red grapes

6–8 kumquats, halved

1 cup cherry tomatoes

Fresh rosemary sprigs

1 large star-shaped slice of cheddar or gouda

Crackers of choice

Mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, pistachios)

Small bowls of mustard, fig jam, or honey

Directions:

Place a cone-shaped foam base or a firm edible base (like a stacked cracker tower) onto a serving platter.

Starting from the bottom, attach folded salami slices around the base to form the “garland” layer.

Layer cubes of cheddar, wedges of brie, and slices of gouda in alternating sections around the cone.

Add rolled prosciutto ribbons throughout the layers for texture and color.

Insert grapes, kumquats, and cherry tomatoes into open spaces to create pops of vibrant color.

Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs between ingredients to mimic tree branches.

Place the star-shaped cheese slice at the very top as the tree topper.

Surround the base with additional meats and crackers to complete the centerpiece.

Arrange small bowls of dipping sauces and nuts around the platter for serving.
