Ingredients:

6 oz blue cheese wheel or wedge

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon honey (optional for drizzling)

Fresh thyme sprigs

Fresh cracked black pepper

Toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving

Directions:

Prepare the cheese:
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
Brush both sides of the blue cheese lightly with olive oil.

Grill:
Place cheese on the grill and cook 1–2 minutes per side, just until lightly charred and softened.
Use a spatula to flip gently.

Plate it:
Transfer the warm, melty cheese to a serving plate.

Finish:
Drizzle with honey (optional), add fresh thyme leaves, and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.

Serve:
Enjoy immediately with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh fruit.
