2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
Cheese Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
3 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded Gruyère (or Swiss)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Old Bay (optional but perfect!)
Salt & pepper to taste
Topping:
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter

🍽️ INSTRUCTIONS – STEP BY STEP
1️⃣ Cook your seafood
In a skillet, melt butter and lightly sauté shrimp until pink. Add crab and lobster just to warm and season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Remove from heat.
2️⃣ Cook the pasta
Boil macaroni until al dente. (Don’t overcook — it will continue cooking in the oven!)
3️⃣ Make the creamy cheese sauce
In a pot, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook 1 minute.
Add milk + cream and whisk until thickened.
Add all cheeses and seasonings.
Stir until melted and silky smooth.
4️⃣ Fold in pasta + seafood
Combine everything gently so the chunks of crab and lobster stay whole.
5️⃣ Make the topping
Mix panko, Parmesan, and butter until crumbly.
6️⃣ Bake
Pour mac and cheese into a baking dish.
Add topping.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
