✅Orange Cranberry Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and melted butter together.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the cranberries and orange zest.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
