✅Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
Salt & black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Sauce:
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken piece in cornstarch, then dip in beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken until golden and crispy, then set aside.
- In a separate pan, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic.
- Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the crispy chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
