Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but amazing)
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp oil
Black pepper to taste
¼ cup water or broth
Instructions
- Toss the sliced steak in cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic, and a splash of soy sauce.
- Heat oil in a hot pan and sear the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
