You know the one. The kind you taste once and immediately start mentally listing everything you own that could possibly be dipped, drizzled, dunked, or smothered in it 😄

I made this on a whim, thinking it would be just another dressing. Big mistake. One spoonful in and suddenly I’m standing in the kitchen like, “Oh. This is dangerous.” Next thing I know, it’s going on salads, roasted veggies, grilled chicken, sandwiches, wraps, even as a dip for bread when no one was looking.

It’s creamy without being heavy, bold without being overpowering, and somehow manages to make the simplest plate of greens feel like something you’d order at a restaurant. The kind of dressing that makes people pause mid-bite and ask, “Wait… what is IN this?”

I brought it to the table and watched everyone quietly go back for seconds, then thirds. No leftovers. No questions. Just empty bowls and a lot of “You need to write this one down.”
