Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it to coat in the creamy beef sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
