Corn Silk Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
- Corn silk (the fine threads from fresh corn)
- 2–3 cups water
Instructions:
- Peel fresh corn and collect the corn silk.
- Rinse the silk well to remove dirt.
- Add the corn silk to a pot with water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it steep for 5 more minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a cup.
- Drink warm or let it cool.
Optional:
- Add honey or lemon for taste.

- Supports urinary health
- Mildly soothing and hydrating
- Traditionally used as a herbal tea
