Deep-Fried Shrimp Alfredo Burrito Bites

A crispy and creamy fusion of flavors in every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • In a bowl, mix the shrimp with salt, pepper, and Alfredo sauce. Set aside.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon some of the shrimp, mixture in the center.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, on top of the shrimp mixture.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over, the filling and roll it up tightly.
  • Dip each burrito in the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the burrito bites in the oil.
  • Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping.
