Ingredients:
- 3 sticks unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and diced onion, cooking for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and oregano. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken bouillon and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the sauce over your favorite seafood boil or serve it as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
