Creamy Beef & Cheese Pasta Skillet
Ingredients:
12 oz (340g) penne pasta
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 3β4 minutes.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and stir to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
