Creamy Beef & Cheese Pasta Skillet
Ingredients:

12 oz (340g) penne pasta

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir to coat evenly in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
