Ingredients
For the Pinwheels:
2 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
4 oz (115g) Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon honey (optional drizzle)
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Flatbread
Lay the tortillas or flatbreads flat on a clean surface.
Step 2: Layer the Filling
Spread cranberry sauce evenly over each flatbread.
Arrange slices of Brie cheese over the cranberry layer.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and parsley evenly on top.
Drizzle lightly with honey if desired.
Step 3: Roll and Slice
Carefully roll each flatbread tightly into a log.
Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels.
Step 4: Bake the Pinwheels
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until Brie is melted and edges are lightly golden.
Step 5: Serve
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
