Ingredients
2 lb steak bites
4–5 medium potatoes, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bacon pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Add the potatoes and onion to the bottom of the crockpot and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread the steak bites over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked through. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the mixture, cover, and cook until melted. Finish with bacon pieces before serving.
