🍖 BBQ Ribs (Main Dish)
Ingredients
- 1 rack pork ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Heat oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Rub ribs with olive oil and all spices.
- Wrap in foil and bake 2–2½ hours until tender.
- Remove foil, brush with BBQ sauce.
- Bake or grill 10–15 min more until caramelized.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheese
- Salt & pepper
Steps:
- Boil pasta.
- Melt butter, add flour, then milk slowly.
- Add cheese until creamy.
- Mix with pasta and bake 10 minutes (optional).

- Cook beans with onion, tomato sauce, a little sugar, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika for rich flavor.

- Sauté spinach or collard greens with garlic, onion, olive oil, and a bit of lemon juice.
