๐ Bread Base
1 baguette or rustic loaf, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
๐ง Creamy Layer
2 balls burrata
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
๐ Tomato Topping
250 g cherry tomatoes (red & yellow), halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Handful fresh basil, sliced ๐ฟ
Pinch flaky sea salt
โจ Crisp, golden bread layered with cool creamy burrata and juicy, herb-kissed tomatoes.
๐ข INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) ๐ฅ.
Brush bread slices with olive oil.
Toast 8โ10 minutes until golden and crisp ๐ฅ.
Halve cherry tomatoes.
Toss with olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
Tear burrata gently.
Spread burrata over warm toasted bread.
Spoon tomato mixture generously on top.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
Serve immediately while bread is crisp and cheese creamy.
