Ingredients:

1 cup whole-milk ricotta

120 g goat cheese, softened

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)

1 tbsp olive oil

Pinch of salt

Freshly cracked black pepper

Topping

1ยฝ cups blackberries

1 tbsp honey or sugar

Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary

Optional crunch: toasted pistachios, walnuts, or almonds

To Serve

Warm crusty bread, crostini, or crackers

Heat the Oven

Preheat to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF).

Whip the Cheese

In a bowl, mix ricotta, goat cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Bake

Spread the cheese mixture into a small baking dish.

Bake 15โ€“18 minutes, until warm, lightly puffed, and soft in the center.

Warm the Blackberries

While the cheese bakes, gently heat blackberries with honey in a small pan just until juicy (donโ€™t overcook).

Finish & Serve

Spoon warm blackberries over the baked cheese.

Drizzle with extra honey, add herbs or nuts if using, and serve immediately.
