๐ Ingredients:
๐ฅ For the Ribs:
1 kg beef or pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
๐ For the Fries:
3 large potatoes
Salt
Paprika
Oil for frying
๐ฅ For the Coleslaw:
1 cup shredded cabbage (white & purple)
1 grated carrot
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt & pepper
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Ribs
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Rub the ribs well with olive oil and spices.
Wrap in foil and bake at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 1.5โ2 hours until tender.
2๏ธโฃ Make the BBQ Glaze
Mix BBQ sauce + honey + mustard.
Brush generously over the ribs.
Bake uncovered 10โ15 minutes until sticky and caramelized ๐ฅ
3๏ธโฃ Fries
Cut potatoes into sticks.
Fry until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle salt and paprika.
4๏ธโฃ Coleslaw
Mix cabbage + carrot.
Add mayo + vinegar + salt & pepper.
Mix well and chill 20 minutes.
