📝 Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon butterfly pea flowers
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Ice cubes
Lemon slices
Mint leaves
👩🍳 Instructions:
Add butterfly pea flowers to hot water.
Let it steep 5–7 minutes until deep blue.
Strain the liquid and let it cool.
Fill a clear glass with ice.
Pour the blue tea slowly.
Add lemon juice in front of the camera 😎 (the color changes from blue to purple!).
Stir lightly and garnish with mint and lemon slices.
