📝 Ingredients:
1 cup strong cold coffee
Ice cubes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 small cinnamon stick
Orange peel (small piece)
1 teaspoon caramel syrup (optional)
A few drops of lemon juice
👩🍳 Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour cold coffee over the ice.
Add brown sugar and caramel syrup. Stir well.
Lightly heat the cinnamon stick for a few seconds.
Carefully flame the cinnamon stick (for visual effect only).
Place it on top of the glass with orange peel.
Serve immediately.
